With over 20 years of cooking experience and a lot more to come, Paul runs the kitchen as Head Chef at the Forest Side, Grasmere in the stunning Lake District.
 
The kitchen's guiding principle is straightforward: cook the seasons and honour relationships with suppliers.

This philosophy reflects a dedication to authenticity and sustainability in Paul's cooking.​
